New York Rate Filings: Initial notices to impacted groups, subscribers and individuals renewing in 2027
As we have previously communicated, New York law requires health insurance companies to provide notice about rate filings and final adjustments for community rated products (individual and small group) to affected policy and certificate holders. In compliance with this law, we are mailing notices of rate filings beginning June 10 and we expect to complete this mailing on June 12, 2026.
For more information, impacted certificate and policy holders should review the Narrative Summary and the Numerical Summary that corresponds to your plan.
