2024 New York Rate Filing notices
New York Rate Filings: Initial notices to begin mailing May 31 to impacted groups, subscribers and individuals renewing in 2024
As we have previously communicated, New York law requires health insurance companies to provide notice about rate filings and final adjustments for community rated products (individual and small group) to affected policy and certificate holders. In compliance with this law, we are mailing notice of rate filings beginning May 31 and we expect to complete this mailing on June 6, 2023.
For more information, impacted certificate or policy holders should review the Narrative Summary and the Numerical Summary that corresponds to the title of the grid that came with the letter you received.
