ON-SCREEN TEXT: [1 Schedule your preventive care]
Good preventive care helps catch health issues early when they may be easier to treat.

Primary care provider (PCP)]
Did you know your plan offers a free annual wellness visit with your primary care provider, also known as a PCP? Your annual wellness visit can help you and your provider decide which tests and care services are right for you.
You can think of your PCP as the point person for your medical care or your personal doctor who can help you get care, tests and treatment when you need them.

Do you need a prescription or have questions about one? Your PCP can help if you need prior approval or have complications or cost concerns.
