The program is available with select UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans and includes a membership at a participating fitness location at no extra cost and online exercises and activities to support brain health.

Stay fit: move your body at a local gym or fitness center
Find a gym or fitness center near you through our location tracker. Since RenewActive is one of the largest Medicare fitness programs,1 you’ll have many choices, including premium gyms. If you prefer to work out from home, you can access Fitbit Premium™ with thousands of online workout videos. You’ll have the option of trying group classes or scheduling an in-person fitness orientation to help you get started.
Stay focused: train your brain
Did you know you can exercise your brain like any other muscle in your body? At all ages, stimulating your brain is linked to better cognitive function. It’s never too late to start! Keep your brain active by taking an online health assessment and through brain exercises and activities.
Stay connected: Take care of your social well-being
Take a fun class or attend an enrichment event. Social connections are important to staying healthy and happy at any age. Join the Fitbit Community (no Fitbit device is needed!) and connect online through sharing health and wellness milestones and participating in real-time challenges.
