Find a network provider
Don’t have a primary care provider (PCP) yet? With nearly 1 million physicians and care professionals in our network, you can choose a PCP who’s right for you and close to home too.2 If your current PCP is out of network, switching to a network PCP is recommended so your care will be covered by your plan at predictable rates. You can find a network PCP easily on the UnitedHealthcare member website or the UnitedHealthcare app.
Visit your primary care provider
Complete a visit with your PCP. Building a relationship with your PCP is an important way to stay on top of your health. A routine visit may include an annual checkup, vaccinations, age-related tests and screenings, and help with managing chronic conditions.

Sign up for SMS text alerts to receive benefit and payment reminders conveniently by text message. It’s a helpful way to get the latest updates on your health and coverage.

Keep up with your medications
Keep track of your prescriptions in one place. Find a network pharmacy near you. You can also order refills for pickup or delivery to your home.
Stay on top of costs
With the app, you can know costs before you get care. View copays, deductibles and out-of-pocket spending. It’s a helpful way to stay current on your accounts, including a health savings account (HSA) if you have one.
