PETER RONZA: I'm Peter Ronza. I'm the Director of Total Compensation here at the Minneapolis Public School District.

It's critical for us that our employees have the best quality benefits, health benefits, that can be afforded to them and their family, so that those issues, those pressures are asked and answered, and they can concentrate on then doing their job of providing an education to our students.

JAMES BENNETT: My role is to work through issues with their employees, answering questions, assisting employees with anything, from claims to eligibility to coverage.

The most important thing, to me, for the employees to know that they have someone on the other end that actually really cares about them receiving the type of services that they deserve.
