Level Funded Plans now include Mineral HR and Compliance Solution
UnitedHealthcare and Mineral™, which was recently acquired by Mitratech, have expanded their relationship to include Mineral’s HR compliance and ACA reporting solution with all Level Funded plans.
We get it — HR is complex. Compliance regulations are ever changing, employee needs are constantly shifting and trying to stay on top of everything takes valuable time away from running your business.

As part of the expanded collaboration, Mineral now includes an Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting solution to support filing 1094 and 1095 forms with the IRS. The suite of products included with UnitedHealthcare Level Funded also includes premium products such as multi-state Spanish translation e-signature handbooks, harassment training and workplace safety.
