What can I do to make things easier for everybody? Even if I can only help one person that day, that satisfaction I get from that, that's what my job is all about.

I'm September. I am a business process manager with Naviguard, which is a service provided by UnitedHealthcare. We help advocate for our members. You explain things to people and how things work, people make better decisions.

When I moved to the United States, it just blew my mind how little people knew or know about health insurance in general and how it works. And UnitedHealthcare trying to make that easier for people, just tell people how it is. Just simplify things for people, not to make things super complicated. Every single health insurance company should be doing that.
