The video opens with a sweeping aerial shot of a vast, serene lake in Georgia, surrounded by lush green forests under an overcast sky. White text on screen appears. Soft, sentimental piano music plays.
ON SCREEN TEXT: Georgia
Mackenzy: My favorite thing about where Donovan's at right now, he's laughing a ton, which is just like music to your ears. It's so much fun.
The video cuts to a close-up of a baby lying on its back, wearing white footie pajamas decorated with red fire trucks. A woman’s hand gently rests on the baby's chest. The scene cuts to a young woman with long brown hair, Mackenzy, smiling warmly as she looks down, with a white crib visible in the background.
Jake: We're first-time parents. I've always loved the idea of having a family and being a dad.
The video cuts to the family on the floor in a nursery. The baby, Donovan, lies on a colorful ocean-themed playmat. His father, Jake, a man with a beard, leans over him, smiling and adjusting a toy. The baby coos happily. It then cuts to Mackenzy interviewing, sitting in a chair in a cozy living room with a brick fireplace behind her. A purple banner with white text appears on screen.

Mackenzy: There's so much that you have to plan for, and of course, like a financial aspect is a very big part of it too. So being able to have that out of the way right from day one is really great.
Mackenzy sits in a chair, smiling as she uses her smartphone. The camera shows a close-up of the phone screen, displaying an app. The app features a map and a list of health care providers with their quality ratings and clear, upfront prices.
Mackenzy: The biggest thing that we've really loved the most about Surest is we have a flat co-pay plan. Here's your co-pay, here's the max that you can expect. It just helps to be able to budget. You're not going to get any surprises.
Baby Cooing.
The video cuts to a close-up of a white baby book with 'my little Bump' written in elegant gold script. In the blurred background, the family plays together. The video changes to a stack of parenting books, including 'What to expect when you're expecting.' Jake is then shown in an interview, seated in a comfortable living room recliner. A purple banner with white text appears.
Jake: We were able to get what we should expect for the cost, like all of Mackenzy's pregnancy visits, and then also the labor and delivery. It just helps you plan.

The video cuts to a close-up of the baby's tiny hand reaching for its mother's hand.
Mackenzy: Having that right up front was like, okay, we can do this. This is definitely manageable.
Jake: It kind of takes a lot of the stress and the guesswork out of it.
The video cuts to a soft, grey stuffed elephant on the carpet. Mackenzy is tidying up the living room, picking up toys while smiling at her phone. She kneels on the floor to put away a colorful stacking toy. The video returns to her interview.
Mackenzy: I've had different plans through different employers in the past, and I personally just don't love the percentage plans myself. You're always in limbo, you never really know what it's going to come out to be. So the set co-pay plans, I just felt like made the most sense for us and it's saved us the most amount of money.
The couple is together on a couch, looking through the 'my little Bump' album. They are both smiling and laughing.
Jake: You know, it definitely just puts you a little bit at ease. At least knowing what it's going to be, what… what you're going to have to pay.
The video cuts to the family in the nursery. Mackenzy holds the baby, and Jake stands beside them, both looking lovingly at Donovan. Mackenzy speaks again during her interview. The video ends on a purple screen with a subtle wave pattern. White text appears on screen.
Mackenzy: We've really loved Surest, and we've really made out the best in terms of getting the care we needed, and it's worked out financially the best for us too.
