Kurt Lewis

CEO, UnitedHealthcare Operations in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky

Kurt Lewis is the CEO for UnitedHealthcare in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. His responsibilities encompass health plan strategic initiatives and business operations that include sales, marketing, network contracting, medical programs, community relations, product management and finance.

Kurt was born and raised in Cuyahoga Falls, a suburb of Akron, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio State University and began his health insurance career over 30 years ago. For the last 25 years, Kurt has held various leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare.

He is also a member of many community organizations, including the Health Collaborative, American Heart Association Men Go Red and First Tee. Kurt's wife, Julie, and their two children currently reside in the Cincinnati area.
