Self-service claims reporting update for Surest customers
Self-service Cost and Utilization reports for Surest fully insured and self-funded customers are now available through Claims Experience Reporting (CER) beginning Oct. 14.
Surest Cost and Utilization reporting is available through the Claims Experience Reporting portal beginning Oct. 14. Brokers, consultants and customers will have flexible options to view and prepare membership, financial, medical and managed pharmacy claim reports for customers with 100+ enrolled subscribers to easily analyze the performance of a Surest plan.
- If you already have access to uhceservices.com, you will automatically have access to CER. To access CER:
- From the uhceservices.com menu, click Reports, Claims Experience Reporting to access the CER on-demand reports
There is no change for brokers and consultants that access reporting today for UHC and Oxford through CER or Level Funded from uhceservices.com
Training will be available for users who currently generate reporting to understand how to generate the Surest in CER reporting. Register for one of the upcoming sessions using the links below. These sessions may be sent to customers who also generate reports.
