UHC Partner Portal app now available for brokers
Now launched, the app is designed to simplify health benefits management and provide key tools in one place.
In response to feedback from you — our valued brokers — about having quick access to information regardless of where you’re working, UnitedHealthcare is excited to launch the UHC Partner Portal app.
Designed to meet the evolving needs of you and your clients, the app is designed to help you manage your book of business more efficiently—whether in the office, on the road or meeting with clients. Similar to UHC eServices, a suite of administrative services designed to simplify health benefits management, the app brings together key tools in one place, making it easier to stay organized and responsive throughout the day. Key features include:
- Member Management: Enroll, terminate, or update membership details
- Group Viewing: Manage your groups from anywhere
- Billing & Payments: Access information about billing and payments
- Commissions Dashboard: Track your earnings and performance.
- Health Plan ID Card Viewing & Sharing: Access and share ID Cards securely.
New features and functionality are planned to roll out in the future to continue to meet the needs of our broker community.
You can access the app via iOS and Android. Simply scan the QR code below to download the app or search for UHC Partner Portal in the app store. You can use your current One Healthcare ID to log in and access the information with ease.
If you don’t have a One Healthcare ID, please ask your broker lead to send you an invitation for the correct role on UHC eServices. Simply follow the instructions in the email from uhceservices_invite@uhc.com to complete your registration.
