New enhancements to UHCeServices aimed to improve broker experience

What’s changing:
To continue improving the experience for brokers and employers, several enhancements were deployed to uhceservices.com during October. These updates introduce an improved response time when downloading SBCs for 51-100+ groups along with a refreshed look and feel.
Updates span several key areas, including ID cards, Member Details (Member Management) and SBCs.
Pre-Sale Summary of Benefits and SBC:
Updates will provide users with the ability to download SBCs in under 30 seconds for Fully Insured Key Account and Small Business Expanded/Middle Market businesses such as UnitedHealthcare, MAMSI, River Valley, Expatriate Insurance and Neighborhood Health partnership.
ID cards:
- Allow users to easily switch between family members when selecting Medical or Dental ID cards.
- New “select all” buttons when requesting ID cards for both Medical and Dental for a member.
- Enhanced informational and warning messages.
View Member Details:
- New name and design to define member categories.
- “Member Management” now called “Member Details.” The page will be broken into sections based on the type of group: Demographics, Contact, Provider and Products.
