Get maternity support, 24/7

Find personalized resources for before, during and after pregnancy

If you or a loved one is pregnant or plan to become pregnant, you probably have questions. Whether you’re curious about milestones, symptoms or just want to talk about what’s to come, we’re here to help – 24/7.

The maternity program1 offers resources and tools with guidance for before, during and after pregnancy. Check your benefit details to see if you or your spouse are eligible for this free program.

If pregnancy is your goal, preconception coaching is a great way to prepare for the journey. A registered nurse helps review your health history and lifestyle, and consults on topics from physical to emotional health. Nurses may also help find specialists or lifestyle programs to address any concerns.

During pregnancy, maternity nurses are available with answers and encouragement. Our nurses provide one-on-one support, 24/7. They’re also experienced in high-risk pregnancies. If needed, they may provide specialized support for these situations.

The UnitedHealthcare Healthy Pregnancy® app2 offers clinically-approved content and tools for mom and her growing baby. Track growth milestones, set care and appointment reminders and read daily tips. Use the kick counter to track movement as baby grows. Connect to health plan tools such as® to understand your pregnancy benefits and view a cost estimator tool. Or, call a nurse with just one click.

And the support doesn’t end after baby is born. New parents may keep using the program for postpartum support, tips on returning to work and more.
