Individual & Family ACA Marketplace Plans
To be eligible you must live in the US, be a US citizen or national and cannot be incarcerated. However, if you qualify for Medicare or Medicaid - those options may be a better fit for you. And if you have insurance options through your employer, it's really up to you to decide between that coverage or the plans offered on the Exchange.

Rocky Mountain Health Plans - RAE
Health First Colorado, Colorado's Medicaid program, is the Medicaid plan for children (newborn to age 18), adults age 19 to 65 and pregnant women who live in Colorado and meet income and other requirements.
Members are assigned to a Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) (sometimes called Regional Organization). Rocky Mountain Health Plans - PRIME is a Medicaid Managed Care plan for adults or those with a disability who live in certain counties on the Western Slope of Colorado and meet income and other requirements.
