Individual & Family ACA Marketplace Plans
To be eligible you must live in the US, be a US citizen or national and cannot be incarcerated. However, if you qualify for Medicare or Medicaid - those options may be a better fit for you. And if you have insurance options through your employer, it's really up to you to decide between that coverage or the plans offered on the Exchange.

Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid program) is the Medicaid plan for children (newborn to age 18), adults aged 19 to 65 and pregnant Members who live in Colorado and meet income and other requirements. Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) - PRIME is the Medicaid Physical Health Managed Care plan for adults or those with a disability, who live in one of the following counties: Delta, Garfield, Gunnison, Mesa, Montrose, Ouray, San Miguel, Rio Blanco and Pitkin, and meet income and other requirements. Rocky Mountain Health Plans is the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan for Colorado.
