Steve Cain joined UnitedHealthcare in 2007 where he's held numerous market leadership roles. He brings more than 20 years of industry leadership, sales & marketing expertise, and executive management experience to his role with the organization.
His current role as CEO of California has him facilitating market wide growth strategies that spans across provider systems, consultants, distribution, sales, marketing, and alliances. He is also responsible for driving P&L stability across internal verticals including Public Sector, Small Group, Key Accounts.
Tami Adams
CEO, Southern California
Tami Adams brings more than 25 years of experience at UnitedHealthcare. She started her career with PacifiCare and advanced through the organization, working in operations, pharmacy solutions, and Medicare & Retirement as well as various management roles in sales and account management for the Southern California key accounts team. She is an inspirational leader who is passionate about the business, our team, our customers and the people we serve. Along with her in-depth knowledge of the Southern California market, strong relationships inside and outside of the company, she brings these qualities and more to the role of Southern California CEO.
