Kurt Lewis

Kurt Lewis is the CEO for UnitedHealthcare operations in Ohio and Northern Kentucky. His responsibilities encompass health plan strategic initiatives and business operations that include sales, marketing, network contracting, medical programs, community relations, product management and finance.
Kurt is a life-long resident of Ohio — born and raised in Cuyahoga Falls, a suburb of Akron, graduated from the Ohio State University and began his health insurance career in Columbus over 25 years ago. For the last 20 years, Kurt has held various leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare.
He is also a member of many community organizations, including the Health Collaborative, American Heart Association Men Go Red and First Tee. Kurt's wife, Julie, and their two children have lived in the Cincinnati area since moving there with the company in 2006.
