Know the difference between HSA, HRA, and FSA accounts – they sound alike, but are very different. Each account has its own way to help people save and pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses.
Health Savings Account
An HSA is a personal account to help your employees save and pay or be reimbursed for qualified medical expenses. There’s no “use it or lose it” rule and they get to keep it even if they change plans, change employers or retire. Share this document with employees who are eligible for an HSA and encourage them to open their account.
