Know the difference between HSA, HRA, and FSA accounts – they sound alike, but are very different. Each account has its own way to help people save and pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses.
Health Savings Account
An HSA is a personal account to help your employees save and pay or be reimbursed for qualified medical expenses. There’s no “use it or lose it” rule and they get to keep it even if they change plans, change employers or retire. Share this document with employees who are eligible for an HSA and encourage them to open their account.
Choose a network provider
When employees use network providers it can help them keep their costs down. Use this flier to educate employees on the value of seeing providers in their network. Print and post it in break rooms or other common areas.
Before employees wait for hours in the emergency room and end up with a sizable bill, there might be options that save them money. In fact, they could save up to $2,000 by choosing an alternative to the emergency room.2
Help your employees understand and compare their care options better when their primary care provider (PCP) isn’t available.
Find information about Virtual Visits, including how to get access to a doctor wherever, whenever and save valuable time and money.
Help employees understand the importance of recommended screenings and regular checkups. Print copies of this brochure or share the website link with employees so they can create checklists for themselves and their families.
