How to manage OBM benefits and services

OBM billing and administration

Each month, OBM will send a single bill to you for all services provided in your OBM plan. Employers can conveniently access invoices, make payments, and view billing on-line through E-Bill.

Our third party administrator (TPA) provides administration including:

  • Eligibility functions
  • Enrollment – handling of group applications, member enrollment forms
  • Creation and distribution of ID cards for OBM members
  • Invoicing
  • Commission payments

Member welcome kits

Once all enrollment information is received and your group is enrolled in an OBM plan, you will be provided with the appropriate number of Member Welcome Kits for distribution to your employees. These kits will include:

  • Member welcome brochure
  • OBM member ID card

OBM has created this website to help employers take care of their employees. From this OBM site, employers will find:

  • Forms (such as enrollment forms)
  • OBM plan information
  • Links to service locators
  • Online member maintenance tool

OBM services locator

Employees can find providers and/or participating retail locations by zip code, and perform online searches. Simply click on the My Dental Plan and My Vision Plan which links specific to the information you are looking for. These links are provided to connect you to the UnitedHealthcare dental network, UnitedHealthcare vision participating facilities, OptumHealth's online resources and services.

Effective 1/1/2020- The Health Allies Discount program will be decommissioned for OBM and SBS business.
